Purchase Kubota L175

I am trying to find the value of a Kubota L175 with less then 700 hours. Tractor is in good shape and includes a woods 5 foot rear finish mower, a 5 foot rear blade, front weights. All tires are chemical filled. I am looking to purchase tractor for my 80 year old father to tinker around the home with.

I just looked at a '76 L175, under 700 hrs. Same owner since '80. Solid, ran well, needed seat recovered, headlight and tach glass. Tires were OK, not great. Guy was asking $3500 firm with no implements. Seemed fair, but not great. ....
