Dad is looking for relief from riding a Deer 320 that has a cab, snow blower, roto-tiller and mower. He loves the hydro foot contal on my bx23 but he has too many trees and yard junk (I call it) to use it everywhere so he has to use the deere for that part of the mowing. This unit will be mowing 5 plus acres of flate and ridged area. This unit looks to be an over kill but he is looking for a unit that has easy access to servicing the blades, can have a cap/cab mounted for winter with a snow blower that can handle a 70 foot half circle drive with a rise of 20' in forty feet span going into the garage.

A unit like that would make short work of five acres. Depending on trimming it should only take a little more then an hour with a 72" deck. ....
