I have an LB1714 and require an owner's or service manual. I will pay for reproduction of one if it is available. Have contacted Kioti customer service via e-mail with no response. (Is this indicative of their level of service, I wonder?)

I've called Emailed etc. and got no response. They have a note on their website their moving to a new facility at Wake and I think the Mars rover is mapping that place now so it could be a while until we hear from them. ....

Good news! I received an e-mail from Kioti Customer Service today and, although they don't have a service manual for the LB1714, thay are going to copy a manual for the LB1914 (similar model) and UPS it to me. Makes my day! ....
