Kioti LK 3054 Electrical Problems - Location of Fuse

I think there is a fuse between the battery and starter, or starter and ignition. Does anyone know where this is located? If so, please provide part number.

I purchased a Daedong T2540-32472 30A fuse but am unsure where to install.

There is no power from the starter to instrument panel, so we assume this is the cause.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
