Boy, has JD messed up the Numbers. Stop by my dealer today and saw a new 4320, It's the size of my 4700 same platform.
It had a 48 hp JD turbo engine.

Lucerne, Yes they have a 5320 out front. The 4320 I saw was out back. They were still prepping it for sale.

The 5320 is not a compact(65 horse turbo )And I believe the 4020's are still called compact's on a larger frame with more ponies, They are also turbo charged.the 5000 tractors are the start of a bigger breed machine. ....

The new numbers (once all the Twenty series compacts are out) will make more sense - especially in the context of the whole Deere tractor line.
2x20 series - small compacts
3x20 series - medium compacts
4x20 series - large compacts
5x20 series - small ag utility
6x20 series - medium ag utilty...
etc.,.
