Starting landscape business need help

What should a guy start a landscape business with? Tractor wise I need to be able to trailor it with a 1/2 ton truck. Need to buy a trailor also. I want to have a loader then a variety of attachments for 3pt hitch. What are going rates for the Midwest? Just a guy trying to make a buck or two.
