I have a friend who died and left his wife with a JD 5420. She does not need this tractor anymore and is having a hard time paying for it since his death. The tractor has 80hrs on it with a loader, backhoe, aux valves, and loaded with just about everything that you could want. She also has a post hole auger, box blade and a straight blade. She has lost enough with her husband dying, I really do not want her to lose on this too. Thanks for all of your help.

I'd first be checking into the payout on the unit. If it was financed, some contracts come with a auto pay out death benifit. The small stuff might be able to be sold to help with the payments for a month or so while a buyer is found for the TLB package. It might be hard to find someone that needs or wants or can afford all the pieces at once. ....
