I have a JD A completly restored and a JD G unrestored but have about 97% of parts to restore. I need to know what the going price is for these tractors.

I would guess that a late-model, nicely restored "A" should fetch $2500 or so. Options like factory wide front ends or a single front wheel might push the value a little higher. I am not as familiar with the "G" models and have not seen recent auction prices on them. I would think that being less common than the "A" and "B" models should make them a bit more valuable. Maybe $2000 for an unrestored but complete "G"? This assumes that the tractor is good running shape with well-functioning mechanicals. Obviously, a non-running tractor or even worse, a "complete" box of loose parts, drives down the value to a fraction of the above figures.

This is just my best guess; don't take it as the final word. Others may have more accurate information as to what your machines are worth. ....
