fair deal on a 175 loader

I've got a line on a 175 loader and frame. They're asking $1500. I haven't seen it yet, I'm told the bucket needs some work on the top of it, other than that its supposed to be in good shape (pins and bushings pretty tight no leaks ect). Does this seem like a reasonable deal? Thanks
