Older model 6x4 died and won t turn over

My older model Gator died today and now won't turn over at all. What should I look for and how can I fix it? I need to fix it ASAP for feed in the am.

Battery terminals, hot wire on starter, ground connections on motor and battery. It sounds like a ground problem. Your charging system is probably working and a bad ground is causing it not to charge the battery. All connections need to be clean and tight. Your battery is probably completely dead for the Gator to quit running completely. ....

Thank you, It was not a dead battery but the connecting wire was not attached so I got it up and going again.
