just assembled a jima 284 crat tractor 08. on the instrament panel top right have a round red light with a round red ring around it does any know what it is?

I believe it is a light to tell you the key is on. We have a similar light on our AgTracs. ....

thanks for the help. also I have have a green light on the dash that doesn't seem to come on but I have a couple of
wires that I really don't know where to plug them in. any ideas? ....
