I have left the brakes engaged several times while the tractor is in use and now the brakes grab. which wheels are the brakes on and how do I get to them.

The brakes are dry disk, they are behind the cover where the linkage from the brake pedal leads. You might try driving some with the brakes lightly applied, or you can dissassemble and clean them. ....
