Hinomoto C174 Cylinder Head Torque Spec

Hello I need some data on my Hinomoto C174 (Toyosha CS100) I would like to know how much I should tighten the cylinder head (Nm) after I change head gasket. And how much I need to buckle (Nm) connecting rod.
