Pricing and Specs for N189

I am looking at a Hinomoto N189 with 650 hours. Looks to be in good shape. Price for the tractor is $5900 asking. This seems a bit high for a grey market tractor. What is the comparable MF? the MF 1020? Any ideas on horsepower etc. and parts availability? I would also like to add a loader, what might this cost me? thanks
