Hinomoto E-324 1990 Front axle

I'm searching for a right side front end assembly. Looking for completet assembly. I am also told tha a Massey Ferguson 1045 parts are compatable, can does anyone know if this is fact or fiction. Thanks for any help and support you can offer.
