Hinomoto E2304 hydraullic 3PH weak

I have a E2304 with a koyer 150 loader. My loader or my 3pth works without a load, but they will not raise with a load on them. I have put a new filter, rebuilt the cylinders on the loader, and took the top plate under the seat off. The piston under the seat work great with my hand.I also drain the fluid and it didn't have any sludge. Where is the screen? Is it in the oil filter pick up tube? Does anybody have any suggestion on what to try next? I really need help here, thanks.

Sounds like the hydraulic pump is shot. I'd put a pressure gauge on it, or have a qualified tech do it. ....

Thanks, order me a rebuilt kit for my hydraulic pump, the mf 1030 looks just like mine so I ordered the kit,maybe that will fix it. ....

rebuilt kit cost me $97, installed it and now frontend loader and 3 pt. hitch works great. ....
