I have a Woods RD 8400 and like the mower but would like some input regarding tire options. I have had flats on all of them so far and would like to find out if anyone knows of a manufacturer of a solid tire that is durable. I purchased a solid tire at tractor supply and it did not last a whole mowing session (5 acres worth)before the bearings in the hub self destructed.
Any input would be appreciated.

Mike there are airless tires for most everything. To relate to the problem with what you had with your chosen replacement I'd say they didn't have enough load carring ability using to small of bearings. ....
