Skid plate to protecct tie rod

A while back, the subject of bent tie rods came up. One of the responders asked me to post a picture of the skid plate I fashioned to keep from bending mine yet again. It's made out of some 7/8's bar stock I happened to have lying around, with a 1/8 plate welded to the bottom. I'd have gone heavier (probably 1/4) if I'd had any at the time.
