Any Cub Cadet dealers

Hello,Ipurchased a new Cub Cadet LS 33 T log splitter,from the only Cub Cadet dealer close to me,and the only log splitter he had left,this guy sold the splitter did not,and would not put hydraulic fluid or gas in this new log splitter,I had to buy some myself!!And he would not reimburse me either!!This is not a normal practice for a Cub Cadet dealer is it?(maybe this dealer though) I sure got better treatment at my JD dealer when I bought my JD 4400 this summer.Any comments?
