Mid 170 s IH 2400b Series flywheel removal

I have a mid 1970's IH 2400b series with the auto trans, the flywheel is bad and I have already split the tractor. It appears to have a harmonic balancer but I do not know how to remove it to get to the flywheel bolts. Help, I use the tractor to load my concrete truck and I am not working.

If my memory serves me at all that is just like a torque converter and some times you have to go to the other side of the flywheel to get at the bolts and turn the engine over to get to them all. ....
