Need help with LONG 360 DTC 2002

Hi.. I am having a big problem with a 2002 LONGTRAC 360 DTC tractor. Underneath the gearbox of the Tractor there seems to be a 12 mm (1/2 an inch) hole without any threads for any screws. Some Fluid seems to be leaking from the hole... I have attached 2 pictures of the hole. Can someone please help.. I need to know how to clog this and with what? There is nothing about it in the manual.
