How do you adjust brakes on a international Cub Cadet 682 ? and where would i get an owners manual for a Cub Cadet 682

Dealer or any source like E-bay you might find to aquire your owners manual. They are disc brakes and other then parking there is little use if the hydro is right to use the tractor. There is a adjustment to them but they nrmally don't need adjustment. ....
