I'M LOOKING AT A CASE 695 TRACTOR WITH A SERIAL # OF
17338553. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE YEAR AND IF THIS YEAR HAD
ANY PROBLEMS

tractortips.com has serial number and basic specs info for many tractors. Maybe somebody else here has used the tractor and comment about it. ....

Dan the serial nuber should begin with a JJ but all is needed is the numbers and they should be about 5 or 6 digits. They are on the right side of the front bolster in front of the engine. Good tractors as long as the emergency brake is in good condition. They can and quite often are driven with on and it could be a good bill to fix. ....
