2001 Case 621c Electric e-brake problem

Hello all,
I just got a 2001 Case 621c and the emergency brake will not hold. It is an electirc switch type but I cannot find an adjustment or anything for it. Please excuse my ignorance but any help would be great! Also can someone lead me in the direction where I can find a service manual for this model as well.
