Whats the best way to setup rotary cutter? Currently I run the draft down to about 2 and use the position lever to fine tune. Seems there is no happy medium mowing up or down hills always scalp at the top or bottom. Thanks

Try a set of check chains. They run from the lower links to the top link on the tractor. They will help with over top of the hill but you will still have the bottom to contend with. You might want to try your draft a little lighter as it may help. ....
