Took my transmission cover off and ground the bar deeper so it wouldn't
always jump out of low range. But now I can not get low and high range,
only all first gear in forward and high range reverse in all rear shifting. Upon
lifting cover off again, the lever assembly fell off and I found part of a keyway. Not sure where keyway goes? Can any one help me fix these problems? I really need the tractor for field work.

i have the same tractor and the guy i bought it from said its stuck in high gear. and the "lever" is between your legs on the floor? i cant get it into low gear, can someone please help me!! and how to tighten the shiftier up, it seems loose when it come to shifting and finding neutral, please reply or call me at 1616-551-9399 if you could tell me how to fix it! ....
