I keep records on a daily basis, most are automatic, like gas expenditures, but all get recorded on the computer. I keep it on a spread sheet with a tab for each piece of equipment and vehicle.

Pretty much, I even store my big engines this way, use Seafoam in the tank, on updraft carbs, shut off the fuel and run them dry, I don't do anything special for the cylinders, but Colorado has such a dry climate it is not much of an issue. Diesels I fill the tanks and treat, gas, fill the tank and treat. The only thing I do different is checking for mice damage in the spring. Weed whackers, chainsaws, hand push lawn mowers all get drained

KT, does your instrument cluster light up? Not sure how much help this will be but I am using the wiring diagram from my B2320. The combo switch which you said you replaced. Looking at the diagram there is nothing which links these or potential to link this to produce the results you are experiencing.
If the color code of the wires would do you any good I can send these along, but like I said, this diagram is for the 2320.

This is where I do not know, you would be looking for a spring attached to an eye bolt attached to a lever. The adjustment would be to loosen the nut on the bolt and shorten or lengthen. As I do not have your specific tractor, I could not say where the adjustment may be.

Auerbach, you have the best thing for moving dirt, the FEL, the box blade will just help you make it level. A box blade will have ripper teeth (4), a front blade and a blade to push with on the back side of the box. For your tractor, I would suggest a 4 foot blade, like my Kabota 2320, 23 HP and 4 wheel drive, a full box is about all it will pull, and the 4 teeth in the ground.
The other thing you were talking about sounds like a tumble bug, the was a device which started life behind a horse, then adapted to tractor use. It was pulled along scooping dirt, when full, pull the lever to lift the edge to stop cutting, when you got it where you wanted, the lever was pulled again and the box rolled over dumping the contents. A tumble bug was only about 30 to 36" wide and held maybe 6 cu ft for the one I used. When I used it it was attached to a Ford 8N, wish I could have had a try with a team of horses. The Branson was just delivered, bought used from a water company in Texas. The tractor has just under 1400 hours, ~1370. It is listed at 65 hp and 57 or 49 PTO depending on where you look. Drained the radiator as soon as it got here afraid there was no antifreeze as it came from Texas. The only noted item was build-up in the radiator, ran some flush through it and saw a very good reason for using distilled water in the future. Might cost a couple of bucks extra for the water, but it is cheaper than taking the radiator off and having it boiled out at a shop.<br>

No use of it yet, but it has started well in the cold, the air and heater work well. The shocks and brackets for the rear window are missing, the 4 wheel drive lever is locked in position as is the creep lever. The radio works, as do all lights, 3 point and other item which can be tested without load. I did contact the seller after the auction and found the tractor was used for a mower along all the right of ways and ditches. The thing was down for a clutch replacement which took a month to get the parts. In the mean time another tractor was bought and due to budget issues it was decided to sell the Branson.<br>

Talked with the local Branson Dealer about getting the parts and had a discussion why they may have been removed and the controls locked out. Found most state agencies do the same thing, running in 4 wheel mode will eat the tires off in short order. The issue with the window is due to truckers peeing in bottles and throwing them out, seems there was two reported cases in Texas where works contracted hepatitis from this practice, when the mower it the bottle it threw urine over the drivers and that was how they got the disease. Interesting, but the only impact to by is finding out how they locked out the controls and buying the replacement parts for the window.<br>

Will report on the goings on with this unit as I use it. Anyone on the forum having experience with this tractor let me know what you like or dislike and any issues you may have had.<br>

Bubba5 - I have the 2320 and I have a similar complaint on the 3 point as Oldest Guy. I am used to the 3 point control on larger tractors and the B2320 is a little touchy, it is not like the BX series where it spring loads back to center except on lift. You can set the B series to a point and get it to hold that point it is just very sensitive and short ranged on the down control. Also I second the comment on implements, the type 1 hitch is much easier to find implements for than the BX series. One thing I am amazed at is the fuel economy of the B2320, the thing is a 6.5 gallon tank and I have over 16 hours and a little over a quarter of a tank left. Temp the other day was 23 and the little rascal started right up, very impressed with the cold weather starting, granted we are not below 0 yet but I still expect it will start better than anything but a gas engine.

I have a 2011 2320 - Put the 3 pt drag blade on the other day to take care of some drainage issues. Everything went well until I went to adjust the drag blade for a flat face to level and smooth. The center link was terrible to adjust, the more I screwed it down the harder it got, finally I was using a 12" cresent to make the adjustment and it was still very hard and kept getting worse. Finally pulled it off the tractor, shaft did not seem bent, threads were good, pulled it apart and found my problem, there is a grease fitting on the center link, it had been very well greased. Cleaned the grease out and low and behold, it is very easy to make changes. Drilled a 1/16 hole at the lower end of the link in case it ever gets filled again there is a way for the grease to escape. The hole was drilled about 1/2" past up the flair where the threading starts, drilled the hole on the lower end so as to not trap water. Works great now and I don't need the wrench to adjust it.

Sas, had the same problem with a lawn mower I have not had the issue with my Kubota yet.
The way I resolved it on the lawn tractor was to take on of the large head furniture screws, drilled and tapped a hole in the bottom of the seat, put the screw in and dabbed it with RTV. Wife has had no more problems with it. You could see were the button hit on the bottom of the seat and that is where I drilled the whole, cut the screw down to 1/2 inch in length, the screw shaft was 1/4" but the head was 5/8 to 3/4" and flat with an allen head screw cut.

On the issue of blades in some previous conversations, if I had to only go with one blade, it would be a regular 3 pt drag blade. Pop had 6 truck loads of manure on the garden and had asked my Bro in law to spread it and he said he would have to bring the dozer down from the mountain. I was on leave from the Military and when I got home he asked me to spread it out. I said no problem, put the drag blade on the 8N and spread it out. Had it all done by the time he got home from work. Did not find out about the other issue with the bro in law till after I was done. The point is i guess, get good with what you have, change angles and drag speed on the 3 point and you can do a lot with a simple tool like the drag blade. While I like the box blade and the rippers, I still believe the drag blade to be the most versatile of all attachments except the FEL.
