What make is it. How they usualy keep the fluid cool is through the tank. The bigger the tank the cooler the fluid will stay. You could also possibly put a heat exchanger on the the return side if you can find a high pressure one or on the suction side for low pressure.

Description: This is my 2007 class 7u Sterling Acterra service truck with a Cummins ISC 330 hp motor, eaton 11 sp manual trans. Pto powered air compressor a remote comtrolled 12,000lbs. hyd crane and both a stick and mig welder as well as a torch set and plasma cutter.<br>

Note: I have not had the truck lettered yet so I photo shoped my bussines name on the door. I looks horrible but I wanted to see what it was going to look like.

I think you have two problems. A partially clogged jet and a malfunctioning governor. Take the carb apart and soak it in carb cleaner for a while then use compressed air or a can of cleaner and blow through all the orifices and needles backwards of normal operation. That should get it all cleaned out. As for the governor that is a little more involved. Try cleaning and see how it runs the governor problem may be to little to care about if the machine is running correctly.

I have some thing similar to this I bought mine at a auto swap meet type place. Look about half way down the page. Once you get the car on the ramp you use a floor jack to lift the other end. I paid around $550 for what I have. <br>

Here in PA we had some record snow fall! I am so glad that it is over:) though I did make allot of money;). With three major storms to total more than 50 inches total I was wiped out. Thank god for spring.

I used to live in latrobe but now I am about 4 hours east.

Check the rear tire pressure. And it sounds dumb but make sure they messure the same tread to hub. I have found that tires af the same size acturally messure different.

there are not many if any regular electrical problems with the ops on a tc55. What you can do is trace the wires back to where they are good and splice the two together. Your ops will no longer be functional but your machine will run. You have to be extremly carefull bucause if you fall off the tractor it will not stop.

The HP comes from the injection pump. As far as cost. They all cost the same to make. The higher HP tractors make the Corp. more money than the lower HP.

The 914 will not fit at all. Brackets have nothing to do with it. The front and rear tractor wheel are what the problem is.

First you want to get the housing full. Do that by not fully tightening the retaining ring then turn the valve on until it fills up then shut it off and tighten the ring and turn the valve back on. Then follow the feed hose to the injection pump. Where it goes into the pump there will be a double bolt. Loosen the top bolt until fuel comes out. Watch for the bubbles the disappear and tighten the bolt. Now you are ready to start the engine. It may flutter a bit at first but it will smooth out after a couple seconds.

He did not say "NICE". He said "pricey". If you Go to the dealer allot of the time they may have an extra operators manual they will give you. You are looking at well over $150 for the service manual.

I would say you would be alright. as you really only need a small amount of oil to the rockers. The pump it self should be sufficient to lubricate a small turbo. Just as long as you are out of warranty. Cause you will be if you add one.

That is true. If you can leave your mid mount deck on when you are rough cutting.especially the first time through an area you do not know. I have seen many hydro filters either punctured of torn off. Once that happens it only takes about 10 seconds until your hydraulic system is EMPTY. That could cause allot of damage.
