I hav a 4300 john deere i turned the wheels around and left them that way. but i have turf tires adds stablity also and didn't bother mowing plus didn't have to buy spasers.
work good for me.

I had the same problem john deere replace the gauges and had no problem since ( under warranty).
Might try the dealer see what happens.

I made a dumpster for my 3pt and when i got enough in i went to the dump cost me $18. It beats paying $45 a month for pickup service.It has already paid for making the dumpster.I have a double axle trailer that i use a lot in tje summer time.

My rule of thum is too buy at least the next size up in tractor.Example if the company recomends a 4100 to mow with a 50 inch deck i would get a 4200 at least.This way you don't work the engine so hard. This is just a suggestoin what I do.Think your equipment lasts longer.

I finally got done with my home made cab. I started it last spring (did it in my spare time).They wanted about $6000 for a cab you buy i got about $400 in materials.We will see how it works this winter.I have been told won't get any heat from engine but will see.If not back to the drawing board.I've seen where you can get heater for this will redo if need to.

I have a john deere 430 loader.I bought it 2 years ago.I was wondering if anyone has the problem on the quick plog in the rubber that cover the male plug in has gotten hard. They lost their flexable when you put them on which makes it harder to put on plus they might split.Does anyone know how to soften them up?
Any infor. would be appreciated

P.S. they aren't that costly but why buy then 2 years latter do it again. So i thought i would see if anyone has a cure for this problem.

Why have 2 style of axle when 1 will do it they probaly check it out for strength when they design it at least i hope they did.Which would be more cost to them to have inventory for 2 styles instead of 1 and they wold pass it along to us.I like to keep my $$$$$$$$$$$$$ don't you?

I have a John Deere mid mount. When I put my loader on I put the mower deck up then turn the hight ajust up all the way the i put the mower down until it rests on the adjustment then I disconect the hoses and conect loader. What would a simple way to get the wright hight when you connect it back up? Wight now you have to measure the blade height and ajust it.<br> Thanks

I look on the web site they have only 2 places that carry this product. Do the they have a mid mount mower? I just seen a transmission type tractor. Do they have hydrostatic drive? Don't think that a shift type will work for me. I've got a bad hip had to give up standard shift on cars.So better stay with hydro.
Didn't see any prices on any model guess they want you to call for that.

Sounds to that you got a lemmon. I had mine for 2 yrs. got 180 hrs. on it the only thing i had to relace was the battery of coure their is no warranty I got the 430 loader which can handel bigger loades.The only thing is the turing it teares up the sod they are going to replace the front end to the new style it is covered.I wonder do the have a lemmon law like the have on cars?

yOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK INTO A HYDOSTACT MODEL. i LIKE MY 4400 WITH A 72"MID MOWER.i GOT THE 430 LOADER FOR THE AMOUNT OF EXTRA $$$$$$$ IT WOULD BE ABLE TO LIFT MORE IT SEEMS THAT YOU LIFT MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU MIGHT NEED SO THE EXTRA $$$ WAS WORTH IT WHEN YOU SPEND THAT MUCH.

I have a 72" midmount mower. I made a plat form on my 3pt. then i pu a 25 bu 2 wheeled trailer on the plat form that i could dump. I used the trailer before to pull behind on my smaller mower then it would get compact so much had to use a potato fork to unload it that was a lot of work to do it that way.Now all i have to do is tilt the wagon then raise the 3pt and it falls right out boy that saves a lot of time and work.I use a vacuum with a 5 hp engine have to be careful not to plug it.Haven't used it this way yet on leaves yet but i used it on the pull behind on leaves when you run the leaves through the mower it chops them up sure can get a lot in trailer this way.

I turn my tires around witch made the vaule stem on the inside that made the rear tires wider so i could put chains on in the winter. So i just left it that way all the time that seem too help a lot but still need to be careful.

You didn't say what you was doing.If you was putting your loader on I put a shot off vaule on the one that lifts right before the plug in.Then when i disconect i turn it off this takes the pressure off.You don't even have to shot off the tractor off.
