Am looking at a Yanmar 7000, need information as to years these were manufactured. Is this same tractor as a John Deer 1650? Any help will be apprectiated.

Need a leaf collection shredding rig to pull behind my NH TC33D with mid mount 60in deck. Only one Ive seen is the Trac Vac. their model CV880 is their biggest unit that includes a 2-3inch chipper. Considered their PTO model but it is same price and obviously less maintenance but the stand alone function the integral motor model is appealing.My BIG concern is this unit tough enough to be towed around my 18 acre farm over some rough terrain, etc. thanks for any replies..

I suspect that you are missing a couple of parts. The parts are called

from one place to another or for leveling work. The end plates bolt on with two bolts and usually a reinforcement rod. This
is what the two vertical holes at the end of the blade are for. The plates - coupled with the blade's innate ability to angle
and tilt - make a back blades into a really versatile tool. Without the end plates a blade is primarily good for cutting
material on one side and spilling it off to the other side.

I have toyed with the idea of making a hydraulically adjustable top link for years. To make installation even easier, it could be powered<br>by a small and simple hand pump mounted on the same upright that holds the loader controls. It would only take a few strokes to adjust the<br>length of the top link, and it has the advantage of being isolate from the rest of the hydraulic system. For one reason or another, this same question has been posted, what seems like 2 dozen times. Just because you don't see JD cleaning up the Compact tractor market, doesn't mean they are not under a high demand situation. Just high for the initial projected production forecast of this series tractor. Imagine going from a spec in the market share share, to being a serious contender with Kubota. That sounds like a pretty drastic change to me. I'm sure your mention of production line problems may be a problem as well. The old saying might hold true. Supply & Demand. As demand goes up, supply comes down, and price usually heads upward as well..

When making the connections either taking the hoe on or off the easiest way to do it is stay in the tactor seat. Simply shut off the tractor, move your hydraulic levers to release pressure from the system, turn around and kneel on the seat, remove the hoses. <br>I used to shut the tractor off and get down off the machine and struggle to remove the hoses from the ground and would cuss and swear until I got the hoses on or off. Once I learned about kneeling in the seat, I can actually take the hoe off or put on in two to three minutes without swearing.<br> <br>

I own a B2710 and love the machine. It is very stable on rough/hilly ground. The dealer I bought my B2710 (also sell NH) and told me that the B2710 has greater clearance for a belly mower.<br>I think both tractors are great, but the B2710 is very nice. <br>Go orange and you will not regret it.<br>Comments/Regards

I agree with Roger's comments. Yhere are not English manuals for the YM1500. There are operators & shop manuals for similiarly designed tractors avalable at reasonable cost. There is a 1500 parts book available ,too.I'm a Yanmar dealer Feel free to contact me for further info.

That is correct for these tractors.They are grey market and do not have a 2 stage clutch.That tractor will handle a 6' finish mower with no trouble.An overriding clutch will help your going in and out of gear 90%.Try Agri-direct on the net for the best price.Manuals are available for that tractor from dealers in the Yahoo / Yanmar club.That is a very worthwhile site to visit.

Bob - you didn't mention whether the finish mower is a belly or 3-point, however I too have a B2710 with loader. I also have a 3-point finish mower and a rotary cutter. I bought a new 16' tandem trailer (5000#) with NO brakes, and 5' ramps for $900. I pull it with a 4WD Suburban and don't have much problem stopping it, but I can tell its back there when I stop. I live in a small town and typically haul the tractor 6 miles to my 24 acre property. Most of the time it has the cutter on it, which is much longer than the finishing mower and hangs off the back of the trailer a little. I couldn't use the fold up ramps for that reason. I just throw them up on the trailer and drop the cutter on them to keep them from falling off the trailer while moving.<br>If I was driving in a lot of traffic I would definately go for the trailer brakes, but I don't need them in my situation. I especially didn't want any braking equipment inside my truck. I don't regret buying the

I have an SE5 I use on my B2710. It is my first rotary cutter (and tractor) so I actually read the manual. I believe it says to make sure that when you start lifting the cutter, the front of the cutter (which should be an inch or so lower than the back) will raise a couple of inches before the tail wheel comes off the ground. If I understand it correctly, that is supposed to allow the cutter to follow the contour of the ground.<br>The cutter works great, and seems very well made and durable. I have a similar problem with humps and mounds, mostly LARGE Texas fire ant beds. The first time I cut the field I hit one about every 20 feet and it knocked the RPMs down on the tractor. I'm just finishing the third cutting, and most of the mounds have been knocked down.<br>

Try a new Deere HST. It has a cruise control that is accurate and easy to use. Just punch a button on the dash and it works. Ah well as you said,

My 4300 hydro did the same thing. My dealer adjusted the parking brake and the problem was resolved. Prior to the adjustment the tractor would only pull about 2300 rpm at transport speed in range C. After the adjustment the tractor will run about 2850 rpm at full transport speed. On a long hill it will drop back to about 2700 rpm. Since this is the rpm the tractor is rated at for full power I am satisfied.

Could someone Please tell me the best way to replace a lower shaft grease seal on my Allied Brush Hog.<br>Can this be done without going into the gear box?<br>It looks like it can be done, if I can get the old one out, but I'm not sure if this is the way to go.<br>Has anyone any replaced one this way?<br>Thanks

the transaxles on the 112 is the same in the 212 the only difference is the shifter but you can switch them but when swiching them make sure it is in neutral<br>
