First off, RPM is mechanical not electric and the tach cables are notorious for failure, and readily available.

Secondly, are you sure the issue with the fuel gauge isn’t the sender in the tank? Or a bad ground or other wiring issue?

Thirdly, almost every Ford / New Holland tractor made in the last 60’ish years uses the same basic shape & type of instrument cluster.

As you will need to find in the future, Ford was the epitome of shard parts, if you look up some of them you will see they fit (literally) pages of different models.

I have a Hinomoto Tiller I am unsure of the model it is a 5foot unit. What I am looking for is ... I had taken the cover off the drive chain. When doing so a small round plate (Approx. 2 inches maybe) looking part came out with two holes. I could not see or figure out where this part came from or goes. It does have a small metal like band that the "rusted bolts" or Pegs went through. I would greatly appreciate any help. As I am learning these brands are hard to find information on. <br>

Tried finding an adjustment point but no luck. I watched a few videos on how to adjust a pto clutch but the only videos I found were on bigger tractors with a removable plate exposing the adjustment screw. Does mine have one of these adjustment screws in a different location maybe?

Check the injector lines allowing the pressure to leak down. The nozzles could also be leaking down. leaking or cracked lines will give you a visual indication, leaking nozzles will not.

I had a similar problem. My Woods mower driveline was stuck on the PTO shaft for three weeks. No amount of oil or twisting would loosen it. Then I went out yesterday and reattached the quick hitch and lifted the mower until the driveline and and PTO seemed horizontal. This time when I pulled back the collar the driveline slid right off. My lesson is that alignment is crucial. Now it's First off, and Last on for the PTO connection.

I’d be leaning towards the problem being the power steering (PS) box. I say that because typically the system is set up with the PS as the priority circuit for safety. The PS gets its power first, only then does the excess go to other things like the loader and motive power.

From the description you definitely have a hydraulic circuit dead-headed, that’s what’s robbing the hydraulic power. The noise you’re hearing is the pressure relief valve opening & closing at super speed.

One thought though, is the loader (or it’s control valve) a recent addition? I ask because I’ve seen something similar before when someone added the wrong type of valve. Some are ‘open center’ some are ‘closed center’, they cannot be switched.

The issues you describe could be pump related like internal or external leaks, low pressure, or high temperatures, these can be signs of pump that is failing.

Yes the hydraulics do have issues. They bleed off . I am going to change the the fluid soon as I can locate the screen. I currently down to that and changing the rear tires.
