I have lost the bolt that attaches the drawbar to my TC25D. Does anyone know what size I need for a replacement?

A NH dealer parts guy would be able to look it up in a parts manual to say for sure. Some of the bolts may be a bit specialized. I imagine all would be SAE bolts rather than the grade-2 stuff hardware stores usually have. If I were guessing I'd say the hardware that attaches the bar to the tractor are likely M12's x 20 or 30. Ford 1510's (a similar tractor) has a plate that bolts onto the bar to form the hitch receiver and those use M16 cap screws. They are a swinging and extending type bar that uses a pin for the front pivot point. The pin would be a specialty item. ....
