Thanks for all the replys...Finally was able to grease the right knuckle. Worked Blaster, WD40 in the knuckle. Let it set two days then finally greased the fitting...Still working on the left knuckle..Will more than likely replace the ball joint because the boot is torn...

Sounds pretty good. The knuckles, dust-covers and cover springs have separate part numbers in my Ford Manual so it's likely that replacement covers could be ordered. Depending on price and availability an entire new assembly may be a good idea though. ....
