selling my tc 33

i have tc 33 gear that im thinking on selling to my future
brother-in-law it has 4n1 bucket and 60" reg bucket
1016 loader w/ quick connect couplers,cab inclosure and 300 hrs.
is 14,000.00 a good price to ask for it?
