My TC45 manual says to use the same lube/hydraulic fluid for pretty much everything except the engine. Recently my dealer told me that they were using something else in the front axle of the 4WD. Does anyone know something about this? What alternative lube is recommended? Is there a place to look up changes in service recommendations?
The book and service manual for the tractor do not mention any changes.

Known to me alternatives, synthetics or light gear oil. Those are the only choices you have that I have heard of and they seem to go back and forth. ....
