My neighbor is interested in a new 4x4 TC35 with 12x12 Tranny, w/o supersteer, What would a fair price be for this tractor and how much should a FEL run as well.

If your neighbor is looking at the TC35, you might want to mention the 40 and 45. They are the same frame size but use the four cylinder engine. The TC35 is a good unit, but you do not pay a lot more for the large engine and all of its advantages.
I think that my TC45 was right around $20K with FEL, 12X12, and 4WD. That was a year ago. ....
