Was that price with tax? I paid $15,500 for my '02 33D out-the-door inc. 6% sales tax with a Ford Motor Employee discount which is based on what the dealer paid for it. The dealer makes 6% on the sale as hold-back. ....

This fall I gave $16,200 for a new 2002 NH TC33D with 7308 loader + $250 for a rear remote hydraulic + $200 for loading the rear tires + $1100 tax for a total of $17,650. The dealer told me list was over $20k. It seemed like a good deal because I had looked at a JD 4410 with nearly identical specs that was "discount" priced at $23k and I thought the boomer was a better tractor.
Thanks,
Leonard

I bought the tractor and loader from Brian Taylor, Burnips Equipment, Big Rapids, MI. It was the very end of September, he was really motivated, and he had a $600 rebate to work with.
Now I'm thinking about a NH 758C backhoe which was priced at $7200 including tax and delivery (from a different dealer) if I install it. I wonder if I could shop around for a better deal ?
Thanks,
Leonard ....
