Wow! there is a lot of information & opinion on this site. I would like to add my 2 cents worth. I recently bought a LK3504 from the dealer in Owensboro, Ky. Tractor with R-4 industrial tires, fluid in rear, 16 ft. trailer w/brakes,56Ē pto tiller,6í box scraper, subsoiler, and 6Ft. finish mower for 14,350 including sales tax. I am getting started in the custom mowing and landscape business, the reason I bought this package is I had $15,000.00 to spend, without borrowing more. This let me get in business so I could make money. I always bought John Deere when I was farming and it is top of the line equipment and I could afford it then. I tried to go green again, but the price was ridiculous, 18,500.00 for a used 35 hp JD with belly mower. The Kioti really impresses me; the size is perfect for my use. Sure I would like to have hydro drive but the extra 3,000.00 will let me put a front loader on it when I can afford it. So far the little Kioti has really impressed me, it seems to have more power than traction even in 4wd, so did my JD 3020, maybe a good thing as far as I see it. The more expensive brands have some creature comforts that I like more but that wonít make me any more money. I have used the tractor for 4 months, and yesterday I got to make some money with custom snow removal and the Kioti did a great job! Now letís get real, you canít put a three bottom breaking plow on a compact tractor and plow 12 inches deep, you canít remove tree stumps with it (that is why they make bulldozers), once you learn what you can expect from this size tractor you can do a lot of work with it. The way I see it is you use any equipment to get a job done and you size the equipment to the job you want to do. As soon as I make enough to put a front-end loader on it I will be one happy Kioti owner. That said does anyone have any input on what I can expect from a front loader?

Loaders are a bit expensive and used ones are scarce. The hydraulics hookup probably wouldn't be much of a problem, but finding a loader with a frame that fits the tractor could be a problem.

I'd sort of expect a loader to compliment a box scraper if undertaking some commercial landscaping work and probably would pay for the investment. However, I'll note that liability insurance costs kill many otherwise good investments. Even without commercial notions, a loader still is a good thing to have. It probably would be a good idea to start looking around for an after-market loader that fits the tractor. Good chance that somebody here knows of one.

As for finding loaders that fit the LK3504, I don't think you will have any problem. Kioti makes there own line of loaders, which is what I have on my LK3504. I heard the other day that they have just recently changed some models of their loaders to accept Bobcat quick-change loader implements.
