John Deere Gator 6 x 4 How to Adjust Brakes

I am having trouble with my brakes on my 6x4 diesel gator. My brakes are providing some resistance even when the ebrake is off and your aren't pressing the pedal. I am hoping that this is just an adjustment and was wondering if anyone knows the correct way to adjust them.

Any help appreciated. Thanks!

It may help if you indicate if this was after an attempted repair of the brakes. ....
