Gator jumps out of gear

My 6x4 diesel gator jumps out of gear when rapidly accelerating or going up steep inclines. Any help in solving this problem would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you know your transaxle is going all the way into forward gear and it jumps out then your problem is worn gears on the input shaft of your transaxle. Forward gear, shift collar and, while you are in there, the sprocket (reverse) gear also. Reverse doesn't wear as much, but you would have new gears meshing with old if you didn't replace it. ....
