Belarus 420A clutch sticks

When my Belarus 420A is running it seems like the clutch sticks and will not come out of gear.But if it is not running I can push the clutch and the gears work fine.need help

Sounds like the throw out bearing... but to get o it you might as well do the clutch disk as well. ....
