hello,

Here are the manuals you will need.
https://www.mediafire.com/?9nutl8b1f6m4jy9 Belarus T25A Repair Manual.pdf - 467 mb

http://www.mediafire.com/view/9fylzh952p0ih8u Belarus T25A OM.pdf - 192 mb

https://www.mediafire.com/?8qlp9b2ebp1nxz6 Belarus 250A parts manual.rar - 110.2 Mb

The T25A is the same as the 250.

Did you replace the injector pump or just the primary pump? Have you bleed the system? Make sure that you move the hand throttle until you see the foot pedal move down some. If that doesn't help the check to see if you have fuel to the injectors. I crack the lines at the injectors, place the throttle to full, pull out the decompression lever and then turn the engine over. You should have fuel coming out of the nuts, may have to crank a little longer if it has not run in a while. When you have fuel coming out then tighten the nuts. If you have fuel there then it should start. ....

If you did not change the settings of gears 4 and 6, then you do not have to change the pump timing when replacing the pump. ....
