My Hinomoto E1804 was working just fine while using my tiller when it suddenly stopped pulling. It was as if I suddenly pushed the clutch pedal. The tiller turns freely but no PTO power and the Tractor rolls freely when running and in gear. But turn off the tractor, and it will not roll in gear. What has happened ????

Now, three days later, I start the tractor and drive it back to storage shed. Discovered dipstick not touching fluid in reservoir behind shifter. What kind of fluid goes in there? ....
