Does anyone have a part manual or owners manual for this machine? Someone welded the variable pitch solid and I would like to get it working.

I am restoring a vp75 right now..the pitch isn't set by the blade clutch its set by raising or lowering the wheels via a crank on back of machine.Mine was froze up basically a piece of all thread in a coupler.mine has the blade clutch on it I went thru it made new bushing and two new clutch discs do you know or anyone else know how thick the clutch discs are supposed to be?I made mine 1/4 inch thick they are to thick to fit looks like 1/8 inch thick would be correct but be nice to know original specs.also like info on how the blade clutch works I understand the disengage by lifting handle and latching it up for neutral but to engage does pushing the lever down does the clutch snap engage or is a spring required on the handle ....
