Go Bottom6x4 starter will engage while running

It might be running for 2 mins or 20 mins and the starter will engage. The only thing I can think of is a wire chafed and getting energized somehow.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Ign switch bad or start relay bad. The start relay has to pull to start it. I guess the ground wire from the ign switch could be chafed too. I'd start with the ign switch. ....
