How do you replace the belt on a XUV620i? Does one of the clutch's need to be removed? Any help would be appreciated as I'm 50 miles from nearest dealer.

Belt comes out over sheaves on rear clutch. You may have to spread sheaves some to get the belt loose, then roll it up over the side of the sheave and rotate the clutch to remove it. If you need a new belt yours should be worn and come right off. ....
