I have a 2005 Kubota TLB 39 (Loader/Backhoe)with GST and three point hitch, approx 1000 hrs and is in very good condition with all maintenance performed at a Kubota dealer. I am unsure as to a reasonable resale price, any assistance would be appreciated.

I normally recommend looking at local markets. You might try www.tractorhouse.com or iron search. The cunstruction market is flat right now in much of the country but depending on how you are equipped I'd think mid twenties. ....
