Could be a few things. I would start at the ignition switch. Check the yellow/red wire coming out of the switch and see if it gets hot in the start position. If so, go to the neutral switch on the top of the transaxle, unplug it from the harness, and jump across the two terminals in the harness and try it. Also there is a start relay on the frame rail near the regulator and fuel pump, make sure the larger purple wire coming out of it gets hot in the start position. That is the same as the red wire that plugs into the back of the starter solenoid, so make sure that connection is good. If the red wire gets hot in the start position, and nothing happens, your solenoid is bad. The smaller purple out of the relay provides the ground for the relay thru the neutral switch. Of course there are wires and plugs in all this that could be bad. Your dash lights from left to right are: voltage, oil pressure, temperature, parking brake, and diff lock. The voltage and oil pressure lights should light in the run position. The temp light should light in the start position. MY bet is the neutral switch. ....
