I started my Gator this morning and the battery turned over but it didn't seem to want to fire. Drove about a quarter of a mile to pick up fire wood. Pulled in the garage. When I later drove out I found a huge puddle of oil under the front hood. None had leaked out in back under the engine. Any clues what the problem might be and how much this might cost? Appreciate any help and/or advice.

There is no path for oil to be at the front of an HPX. Are you losing oil from the motor? See if anything is wet around the motor. Check your coolant for oil. Check overflow tank level, see if oil is present. Could possibly be the front differential also. That would be the most likely thing up front that has something that looks like oil in it. ....
