Hi all,
Maybe somebody can help here; the 60-inch MMM on my BX 2200 will not lower to the correct cutting height as selected with the dial adjuster. No matter what cutting height you set with the dial adjuster the deck will lower to the point that the gauge wheels touch the ground. This just started to happen in the last week. Any ideas?
Thanks
don

Check that the adjuster is turning first and go from there to see if it is turning that it is hitting the stop properly. ....

Thanks Art,
I was going to attempt that the other night but ran out of time. It looks like I'm going to have to remove the floor pan and maybe a fender in order to get a clear view of the complete adjustment dial linkage/mechanism and LH/RH mower links.
Will let you know the results.

Don, you would get a great view that way but I'd look for an assistant for a few minutes and just remove the deck and have the tractor properly supported on stands or blocks and go underneath that way. To have someone else turn the knob when you can see what's happening will save a lot of work you might not need to do! ....
